Each survey invitation includes information about how much you can earn. Every time you complete a survey, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account.

The amount depends on the survey's complexity and the time required to complete it. Rewards can only be redeemed once you reach a certain threshold (an electronic voucher worth 1000 RSD, valid for the store of your choice - dm, Lilly, Lidl, or OMV).

You need to be logged in to see your points. They are visible in the "Your account" section under "Rewards," where you can check your balance.

Once you reach the set threshold, you can redeem your rewards.

• Log in to your account.
• Click the "Rewards" button.
• Choose the reward you would like to receive (dm, Lilly, Lidl, or OMV).
• On your account, click the "Redeem" button for your preferred reward, then confirm by clicking "I Agree" in the "Rewards" section.
• Your payout transaction will then show as "Pending". Once processed and sent, the status will update to "Successful".
• Rewards requested by the last day of the current month will be processed, and the electronic voucher will be sent to your registered email by the 15th of the following month.

• Electronic vouchers are accepted by the stores we partner with (dm, Lilly, Lidl, or OMV).
• Each voucher has a unique barcode or QR code that the cashier scans at checkout.
• You can show the voucher directly from your phone or print it out.
• Vouchers are valid for 3 years.
• You don't need to spend the full voucher amount in a single purchase; it can be used across multiple transactions.
• The total purchase doesn't need to match the voucher amount exactly. For example, for a 1500 RSD bill, you can use a 1000 RSD voucher from our platform and pay the remaining 500 RSD with another payment method. Just make sure to specify in advance how much will be paid using the e-voucher.
• You can check your e-voucher balance at the store checkout.
