In each survey invite, you will receive information about the amount you could earn. Each time you complete a survey, that amount is allocated to your account.

The amount is based on the complexity and the time needed to fill in the survey. The prizes can be redeemed and cashed only after a certain threshold is met (12.5 EUR - Paypal; 10 EUR - Tremendous).

You must be logged in to see your points. They will be visible under "Your Profile" in the "Redeem Rewards" section, where you will be able to see your balance.

When you reach the predetermined threshold, you can cash your rewards.

How do I redeem points accumulated so far?

• Sign in to your account.
• Press the "Rewards" button.
• Select the reward you wish to receive (Paypal or Tremendous)
• On your account, click on the "Redeem" button on the method you wish to redeem the reward, and then "I agree" in the "Redeem Rewards" section of your Profile.
• Your payout transaction will then change to status "Pending". Once the payment is processed and sent to you, the status will change to "Success".

Selecting PayPal

• You can claim your rewards by using the PayPal money transfer system that allows users to transfer money from their PayPal accounts to their bank accounts or to pay at various online merchants.
• For this method to work, you will need to create a PayPal account using the same email address you use for SeeInTouch. The account is free and easy to open. Read more about PayPal here.
• The minimal payout for this method is 12.5 EUR.

Selecting Tremendous

• You can claim your rewards by using the Tremendous gift card platform, which manages e-vouchers directly to your inbox. You can find out more about the platform and options available for Serbia here.
• This process does not require registration, and the process is done via e-mail. Here you can access the steps needed to receive the reward successfully.
• The minimal payout for this method is 10 EUR.
